We will discuss everything thoroughly with you over the phone or via email. Then we will visit the site, assess what needs to be done, and determine which materials to choose. We will carefully measure everything, calculate the requirements, and subsequently provide an estimate.
We will calculate the cost of labor and materials and create a price quote, as well as a portfolio upon request. Please note that the price quote incurs a fee of 2,000 CZK excluding VAT, and this amount will be deducted from the invoice. The advance payment is 80%.
We will have the materials delivered to the site. Then, we will execute the project according to the agreed plan and procedure to ensure the work is completed as quickly as possible. After finishing the work, we will show you everything that has been done and explain how it works.
After completing the work, we will issue an invoice and, if applicable, a pressure testing protocol. The invoice will include information about the work performed and the materials used. Once you pay the invoice, the project will be considered complete.

We charge a transportation fee within the Hořice area, and for each additional kilometer, we apply a surcharge of 10 CZK
Amount based on the size of the project; this amount will be deducted from the total price on the invoice.
Upon your request, we will create detailed project documentation that will include all information about the completed project, a set of before-and-after photos of the renovation, and the dimensions of the piping. We will provide the portfolio in a folder upon project completion.
