How is the implementation progressing
Step by step, how the entire process works when you choose our services.
1. CONSULTATION BY PHONE, EMAIL, AND ON-SITE VISIT.
We will thoroughly discuss everything with you over the phone or by email. Then, we will visit the site, assess what needs to be done, and choose the appropriate materials. We will carefully measure everything, calculate the requirements, and prepare a detailed estimate.
2. PRICE QUOTE, CONTRACT SIGNING, AND DEPOSIT PAYMENT.
We will calculate the cost of labor and materials and prepare a price quote, along with a portfolio upon request. Please note that the price quote is subject to a fee of 2,000 CZK excluding VAT, which will be deducted from the final invoice. The deposit amount is 80%.
3. MATERIAL ORDERING AND PROJECT IMPLEMENTATION.
We will have the materials delivered to the site. Then, we will carry out the project according to the agreed plan and process to ensure the work is completed as quickly as possible. Upon completion, we will show you everything that has been done and explain how it works.
4. HANDOVER AND INVOICE ISSUANCE.
Upon completion of the work, we will issue an invoice and, if applicable, a pressure test report. The invoice will include details about the work performed and the materials used. Once the invoice is paid, the project will be considered complete.

We charge a transportation fee within the Hořice area, and for each additional kilometer, we apply a surcharge of 10 CZK
Amount based on the size of the project; this amount will be deducted from the total price on the invoice.
Upon your request, we will create detailed project documentation that will include all information about the completed project, a set of before-and-after photos of the renovation, and the dimensions of the piping. We will provide the portfolio in a folder upon project completion.
